Duration : 6 months

Purpose :

We are seeking a technically proficient intern to support the automation of project process within our Europe Engineering department. The intern will focus on reducing non-value added and repetitive tasks using AI and digital tools, contributing to our CAPEX efficiency program and ongoing digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Support automation of project processes using AI and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet, Power Automate)
• Assist in generating technical specifications using AI and other digital tools.
• Share solutions within Syngenta's Engineering Community across Europe and other regions.
• Enhance accessibility of technical standards using AI.
• Implement and finalize guidance for 3D model usage to accelerate design phases and optimize defect detection before construction
• Contribute to learning initiatives and knowledge sharing within the engineering community.
• Explore applications of virtual and mixed reality in project execution

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong interest in digital transformation and process automation in engineering
• Familiarity and strong interest demonstrated with 3D modeling software and virtual/mixed reality technologies
• Understanding of AI concepts and applications, particularly in engineering contexts
• Knowledge of engineering project processes is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• A strong interest in technology and a desire to keep up to date with the latest digitalization and workflow automation trends and developments.
• Fluent level of French
