Job description

The site coordinator is responsible for planning, controlling and managing the installation of various projects on site at the same time. As such, they work closely with the project manager and the dedicated technical team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and control worksites before and during installation work. Check and ensure that installers have the necessary accreditations.
• Plan on-site installation with our customers, adjusting the schedule according to the progress of internal and external projects.
• Anticipate the working time of the various trades in order to optimize the installation schedule for our elements.
• Coordinate and transmit information between project managers and installers, analyze scheduled installation times and suggest any necessary adjustments.

Expected business skills

• Holder of a CFC in carpentry/cabinetmaking or other technical field with a strong affinity for the world of wood.
• Installation or site experience, strong interest in building and all related trades.
• Precise, results-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
