Mechanical Service Engineer (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a service engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on mechanics to join our team on a permanent basis.

Our service team is active worldwide, installing, commissioning, and providing long-term support for our systems - and this is where you come in. If you enjoy technology, traveling, and direct customer contact, we offer you exciting tasks, responsibility, and the opportunity to apply your skills worldwide.

We assume that you will not yet be able to cover all of the following areas of responsibility in full. Therefore, you can expect intensive training lasting at least six months at our training center in Moringen near Göttingen , which will teach you the skills you still need and prepare you specifically for your future tasks.

Your responsibilities with us::

You will ensure that our high-performance steam compressors run reliably worldwide. With your technical expertise, you will independently carry out mechanical maintenance, repair, and service work for our international customers. Typical tasks include:

• Mechanical assembly and connection of plant peripherals
• Maintenance, inspection, and repair of assemblies and units
• Alignment of blowers and balancing of impellers on site
• Performing vibration measurements and analyses
• Replacement and repair of components on site
• Support with commissioning from a mechanical perspective

What you ideally bring with you:

• Completed training in industrial mechanics , mechatronics , or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment of the combination of technology, travel, and direct customer contact
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, or oil supply technology
• Ideally, an interest in electrical systems in order to assist with commissioning as needed and gain a comprehensive understanding of the equipment
• Good English skills, other languages are an advantage
• Class B driver's license and a high degree of willingness to travel internationally
