About the job
To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) who will manage the operational accounting of our internationally growing technology company with precision and a strong sense of responsibility. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and allocating invoices, preparing outgoing invoices, and supporting monthly and annual closing processes — actively contributing to the transparency and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing, recording, and allocating all incoming invoices
- Preparing and managing outgoing invoices
- Maintaining and updating customer and vendor master data
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
Key Qualifications
- Native-level German and fluent English skills
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and account assignment
- Solid knowledge of relevant tax regulations and requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and DATEV is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
