- Leads the team of business development managers covering one or multiple geographies across the globe
Measured on business outcome objectives, the team develops strategy and coordinate key initiatives to deliver incremental sales growth through new customers acquisition and install base expansion - Is accountable for growing and optimizing the Alliance/HPE presence in the market
- Is responsible to plan the business objective and plan for the year, and to achieve this plan through on going adjustments based on the strategy evolution
- Sets the weekly, quarterly and yearly cadence which secures the business management and engagement processes for the defined Alliance partners
- Develops the team to support the strategic deals pipeline, and develops Alliance marketing initiatives and programs
- Establishes strong partnership with external and internal stakeholders across WW and Country functions, at multiple executive levels
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading/managing sales, operational, and financial aspects of the AMD/Intel/Microsoft alliances with HPE
- Develop and coordinate execution of the short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, top and bottom line goals
- Develop and lead AMD, Intel and Microsoft Alliance team to support daily execution of marketing, sales and operational activities
- Develop strategy with the Alliance partner and internal stakeholders on customer acquisition strategy, programs and product positioning to win business
- Develop the team and set them for success, aligned with HPE values
Education and Experience Required:
- University or Bachelor's degree, advanced degree or MBA
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Established sales experience in a Public Cloud provider and IT Technology company, at global and country level
- Demonstrated successful experience in leading a team
- Fluent in English, French and additional language preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Strong experience to engage at C-level
- Strong financial and operational capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong team player. Caring for people development & coaching
