This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to the full venture capital investment lifecycle while working closely with experienced investors in one of Europe’s most specialized thematic venture funds.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and proactively source promising startups across Europe through own network, industry conferences, demo days, and startup events
• Conduct deep research into emerging technology markets, building and maintaining thematic market maps, sector analyses, and investment theses
• Screen inbound deal flow and conduct initial company assessments, analysing competitive landscapes, customer traction, and founding teams
• Support commercial, technical, and financial due diligence processes
• Maintain the fund’s CRM system and investment databases, support internal reporting on financial KPIs and deal pipeline and contribute to G+D Ventures' market positioning and brand

Your Profile:

• Academic degree from a top-tier University in an engineering or scientific field.
• 1–4 years of professional experience in one or more of:
• Venture Capital / Private Equity
• Startup roles
• Management Consulting
