WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead photoshoots from concept creation through on-set execution and post-production
• Manage and execute a variety of creative projects – including graphic visuals, branding assets and visual content – ensuring they reflect our brand’s identity while maintaining a contemporary and fashion-forward aesthetic
• Oversee projects across Womenswear, Kids, and Lifestyle segments
• Select, coordinate and manage external teams – photographers, models, HMUs, stylists, and visual partners – to realize creative concepts
• Develop and present moodboards to inspire and direct the creative process, shaping Mytheresa’s aesthetic
• Collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Fashion Editorial, Content, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience as an Art Director in fashion or luxury brands, with a portfolio showcasing work on model and still-life studio shoots
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design or related field
• A background in Graphic Design and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video is a plus
• Excellent taste, with a keen eye for product detail and aesthetic quality; passionate about creating visuals that feel relevant, elevated and human
• Deep knowledge of fashion, current trends and what appeals to modern luxury consumers
• Skilled in selecting and managing external collaborators – photographers, models, HMUs – and overseeing the creative process
• Hands-on mentality, detail-oriented approach, collaborative spirit and ability to coordinate with various internal departments
