Your varied and exciting tasks

• Comprehensive and independent asset management of a real estate portfolio consisting of commercial and residential properties
• Development and implementation of property strategies in connection with business planning, taking into account the overall fund strategy for long-term and sustainable value optimization of the properties
• Selecting, managing and maintaining intensive contact with external service providers (in particular property managers)
• Purchase contract processing and project monitoring
• Tendering and commissioning of renovation measures
• Reduction of outstanding items
• New lettings

What you bring with you

• Degree in business administration and/or real estate management or additional qualification in real estate management
• Professional experience in asset management and in dealing with direct and indirect real estate investments in commercial and residential properties
• Experience in controlling and monitoring letting processes and property management as well as in-depth knowledge of strategic and operational value and further development
• Further development of real estate portfolios
