Responsibilities
Administer and manage Atlassian Cloud applications including Jira, Confluence
Lead and support migration activities from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
Implement and maintain Jira Service Management (service desk projects), request types, and automations.
Develop and maintain scripts using ScriptRunner for Jira/Confluence and strong documentation skills.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 5+ years of proven work experience as an Atlassian Support Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on experience with administration in Atlassian cloud systems
Strong knowledge in administration in Atlassian jira and confluence cloud system
Solid experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence), including automation and service desks in Atlassian jira
Solid experience in migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud,
Strong scripting skills using ScriptRunner for Jira/Confluence
