    In Deutschland sind rund 30.000 Patient*innen von einer chronischen Infektion mit Hepatitis B betroffen. Trotz bestehender Therapieoptionen besteht weiterhin ein hoher medizinischer Bedarf an innovativen, funktionellen Heilungsansätzen. GSK bereitet den Launch eines hochinnovativen Assets vor, die das Potenzial hat, die Behandlung von Hepatitis B nachhaltig zu verändern.

    Für diese spannende Phase suchen wir eine*n Brand Manager*in Hepatology (m/w/d), die/der maßgeblich die Launch‑Vorbereitung, -Umsetzung und Etablierung des Präparats in Deutschland mitgestaltet.

    Hauptaufgaben in dieser Rolle:

    • End‑to‑end Verantwortung für die lokale Brand‑ und Launch‑Strategie vom Präparat in Anlehnung an die globale Strategie
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Launch‑, Marketing‑ und Omnichannel‑Pläne, zugeschnitten auf hepatologische Zielgruppen (HCPs, Zentren, Netzwerke)
    • Cross‑funktionale Führung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Medical, Market Access, Sales, Finance und weiteren zentralen Schnittstellen
    • Co‑Creation, Roll‑out und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Omnichannel‑Customer‑Journey
    • Planung, Durchführung und Bewertung nationaler Kongresse, Veranstaltungen und Launch‑Initiativen entlang der Customer Journey (Pre/During/Post)
    • Ownership für A&P‑Budgetplanung, -steuerung und -kontrolle
    • Analyse des hepatologischen Marktumfelds, relevanter Wettbewerber und Patientenpfade mit klarer Ableitung von strategischen und taktischen Maßnahmen
    • Aktive Mitgestaltung der vertrieblichen Umsetzung inkl. Kampagnen‑ und Materialsteuerung
    • Sicherstellung von Compliance, Qualität und Konsistenz in allen Aktivitäten

    Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie, Naturwissenschaften oder Medizin)
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Produkt‑ oder Brand Marketing, idealerweise mit Launch‑Erfahrung
    • Starkes strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie klare Ergebnis‑ und Umsetzungsorientierung
    • Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte zu strukturieren und in strategische Entscheidungen zu übersetzen
    • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Ownership‑Mindset
    • Hohe Stakeholder‑ und Cross‑funktionale Führungs‑ und Kommunikationskompetenz
    • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Überzeugendes Auftreten, Präsentationsstärke und Teamorientierung
    • Freude an Zusammenarbeit, Offenheit und Sinn für Humor
