You’ll play a meaningful role in generating pipeline through personalized outreach and account-based development strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion to succeed!
What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, video, email, and social channels.
- Research and identify key contacts within target accounts to initiate meaningful conversations.
- Build awareness and interest in Adobe’s Digital Media solutions (Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Express, Adobe Sign, Firefly Services, etc.).
- Drive attendance to webinars and live events through targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Keep accurate records in CRM and contribute to pipeline progression and forecasting.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the qualification process.
- Participate in ongoing enablement sessions and contribute to team best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's competitive positioning in the marketplace.
What You Need to Succeed
- Full fluency in German and English.
- 1+ years’ experience in SaaS sales or business development, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Proven success in inbound/outbound prospecting and building relationships across organizational levels.
- Skilled in account planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
- Strong communicator with confident phone, writing, and presentation skills.
- Quick learner able to translate complex business needs into solution plays.
- Proficient in tools like Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office or similar.
- Self-starter with resilience, independence, and a collaborative attitude.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and solution teams.
