    What you'll do

    • Be the market opener: Own outbound prospecting for the European market outside of DACH, identifying the developers and investment managers shaping projects from €10M to €1B+.
    • Spark conversations that matter: Pick up the phone, craft clever emails, and use social channels to turn cold outreach into meaningful business discussions everyday.
    • Qualify like a pro: Uncover pain points and business drivers, spot high-value opportunities and set Alasco up for success.
    • Be Alasco’s voice on the ground: Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and occasional in-person meetings primarily across the UK.
    • Fuel the pipeline with precision: Keep CRM data crisp, share insights from the field, and help shape the strategy for international expansion.

    What you bring

    Must-haves:

    • Proven outbound experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role with consistent success in customer acquisition.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid setup, eager to learn and grow into larger sales responsibilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; quick to build rapport and listen actively.

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience selling SaaS/technology solutions.
    • Familiarity with the real estate or construction industry.

    • Competitive base salary (70%) + variable compensation (30%) tied to pipeline targets.
    • €2,000 annual learning & development budget + 3 dedicated learning days.
    • Hybrid model: 2 days in the Munich office, 3 days remote.
    • Up to 4 weeks workation per year.
