Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Preparation of meals for our restaurant, bar, and banquet area according to our recipes and guidelines, plating with great attention to detail
- Preparation of mise-en-place
- Managing the buffet during events with direct guest contact
- Ordering and organizing supplies in collaboration with our purchasing department
- Working early and late shifts for the respective positions and leading them
- Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
What We Expect from You:
- Completed training as a cook
- Very good team skills and an eye for detail
- A positive attitude, openness, and a friendly demeanor
- Guest orientation
- Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
