• Team Leadership & Delivery: Professional and organizational management of the consulting team – planning the deployment of consultants in Atlassian and DevOps projects and ensuring timely, high-quality results as well as satisfied customers.
• Methodology & Processes: Definition and optimization of our consulting processes and best practices within the team, as well as the establishment of appropriate methods and continuous improvements.
• Customer escalations: Direct contact person in case of escalations – intervening when things go wrong, finding constructive solutions and strengthening the trust of our customers.
• Mentoring & Enablement: Coaching and professional development of the consultants – mentoring in project work, supporting the team with advice and action, promoting continuous learning and the best possible performance.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable fields, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or project management, including several years in a management position and demonstrable project successes in the IT consulting industry.
• Technical skills: In-depth expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) as well as good knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps principles; experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g., SSO, directory services) is a plus.
• Methodological competence: Sound understanding of project management and consulting methods and tools such as Jira for project control; ideally familiar with agile approaches (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Customer focus: Strong service orientation and sense of quality; experience in projects in German-speaking countries; proactive assurance of customer satisfaction.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing distributed teams; strong communication skills and empathy; team player with high social competence and organizational skills.
• Languages: German at native speaker level and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
