Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training – or comparable experience
- Disposition experience
- Basic technical understanding and interest in robotics
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision, etc.)
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
- Teamwork, reliability and hands-on mentality
- English knowledge in spoken and written
Your tasks:
- Processing and coordination of incoming service tickets (technical & organizational)
- Internal coordination with our technical team
- Supporting customer support in the area of robotics support
- Management and maintenance of our ERP data (e.g. order processing, warehouse bookings, service calls)
- Communication with accounting to prepare invoices, receipts, payments
- Document management and filing
- Scheduling, monitoring and controlling of maintenance operations and deliveries/implementations
- Participation in the further development of internal processes
