Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or people related roles.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to support regional operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading initiatives in operational projects.
- Experience in the implementation and rollout of HR and people programs.
- Experience with HR digitalization and modernizing people-related processes.
- Knowledge of the people operations (POps) ecosystem, including Google’s specific HR tools and internal processes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across multiple business areas.
- Ability to navigate and deliver results within ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Be responsible for executing the most critical HR requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
