About the Team The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated German speaking Project Operations Intern to join our TikTok LIVE creator ops team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving projects, and is eager to bring clarity and structure to creator operations. You will work closely with the team to support the creator operations, while also assisting with data collection and analysis to strengthen operational efficiency. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. What You Will Be Doing: - Creator Support: Actively contribute to creator support, including solving creator problems and pushing creator motivations. - Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and processing project-related data, and conduct basic analysis to provide actionable insights. - Team Enablement: Act as an operational backbone by keeping meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups structured and documented. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field. - Fluent in German and good communication skills - Able to handle stress, especially when communicating with creators - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Basic skills in data collection, processing, and analysis; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. - Comfortable with PowerPoint and other common productivity tools. - Passion for project management, the creator economy, livestreaming, or digital media.
