Your tasks:

• Data Architecture & Integration:Development, implementation & further development of scalable data concepts and architectures (e.g., Data Lakehouse) for data integration as well as implementation of BI & Advanced Analytics.
• Lifecycle support & strategy implementation:Supporting the platform manager throughout the entire lifecycle and advising on the implementation of data & AI strategies.
• Data landscapes & use cases:Reviewing data sources, quality & suitability for use cases, identifying potential value enhancements and end-to-end project management of data & AI use cases.
• Process basis & automation:Documentation of processes and identifying and developing optimizations through automation & AI
• Standards & Reuse:Maintenance, implementation and improvement of reusable standards & projects in the data & AI field
• Technologies, Partners & Compliance:Selection support, proofs of concept and implementation of approved technologies, operational partner management/SLA tracking, and implementation of data governance, data protection & AI compliance.
• AI Enablement & Change:Development and management of training courses, guidelines, and a community of practice

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, BI, AI delivery or related fields.
• Very good understanding of data architectures, pipelines, and data transformations
• High competence in the E2E delivery of data (analytics) and AI projects
• Experience in GenAI and ML projects
• Good knowledge of Azure Data Services and Power BI
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage external partners.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python
• Analytical strength, conceptual thinking, structured working methods
• Communication skills in German and English
• Consulting background or buy-and-build/transformation experience desirable
