In this versatile apprenticeship, you will learn how to analyze business processes, plan IT solutions and customize SAP systems. During your apprenticeship, you will be involved in various commercial and digital areas and learn in a practical way how companies can use digital solutions effectively.

What you can expect during your training

• You determine customer-specific requirements for SAP systems and implement them in a structured manner
• You analyze business processes and plan suitable SAP solutions
• You will be involved in the installation and commissioning of SAP systems and hand them over to our customers
• You arrange support and services
• You develop user-friendly user interfaces, put software into operation and instruct users
• You test existing applications, adapt them and ensure high system quality

What you should bring with you

• An intermediate school-leaving certificate, A-levels or a comparable qualification
• Interest in digitalization and IT as well as an affinity for commercial processes
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• A good ability to express yourself, both orally and in writing
• Understanding of numbers and a precise, analytical way of working
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
