Netlight Tech Avenue is a program created for women and marginalized genders and offers selected Master’s students graduating in 2026 or 2027 a tailored experience to develop technical and problem solving skills, build self-assurance and resilience, and gain valuable insights into consulting. Through access to a thriving tech community, hands-on coaching, and practical workshops at our Munich office, you will be empowered to navigate new challenges — even when you’re the only woman in the room.
