Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Versand- und Lieferkoordination und stellen eine transparente, termingerechte und regelkonforme Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferungen sicher.

• Sicherstellung von Transparenz, Monitoring und Statusübersicht über alle Versand- und Lieferaufträge

• Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferungen an Kunden im In- und Ausland

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen und Meilensteinen

• Analyse von Terminabweichungen und enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Einkauf

• Organisation und Sicherstellung reibungsloser logistischer Abläufe unter Berücksichtigung von Export-, Zoll- und Steueranforderungen sowie Incoterms

• Administrative Abwicklung von Versandaufträgen inklusive Erstellung von Lieferscheinen

• Aufbereitung, Verteilung und Archivierung von Liefer- und Versanddokumenten

• Pflege und Bereitstellung von geforderten Dokumenten wie End User Statements (EUS) und Lieferanzeigen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung, z. B. als Speditionskaufmann /-frau oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand, Logistik oder Lieferkoordination

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit SAP

• Kenntnisse der Incoterms und logistischer Prozesse

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Organisationstalent und analytisches Verständnis für Termin- und Lieferabweichungen

Delivery Manager / Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) – Shipping & Export – HENSOLDT

HESYS Engineering is a partner for highly specialized engineering and service solutions in high-tech industries such as defence, aerospace and industrial systems. With more than 20 years of experience, we support demanding customer projects across the entire product lifecycle.

Your tasks

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating shipping and delivery activities, ensuring transparency, on-time delivery and compliance with logistical and regulatory requirements.

• Ensuring transparency, monitoring and status tracking of all shipping and delivery orders

• Coordination and monitoring of national and international deliveries

• Ensuring compliance with delivery milestones and schedules

• Analysis of delivery deviations and close coordination with project management and procurement

• Organization of logistics processes in compliance with export, customs and tax requirements as well as Incoterms

• Administrative handling of shipping orders including preparation of delivery notes

• Preparation, distribution and archiving of shipping and delivery documentation

• Management of required documents such as End User Statements (EUS) and delivery notifications

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics, forwarding or a comparable commercial qualification

• Professional experience in shipping, logistics or delivery management

• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with SAP

• Knowledge of Incoterms and logistics processes

• Business-fluent German and English skills

• Structured, reliable and resilient working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Organizational talent and analytical mindset to identify and communicate delivery deviations
