Device Architect – Air Traffic Control ATC Radio Equipment - Munich, Germany
Location: Munich, Germany | Salary: €85,000–€98,000

Our client is looking for a Device Architect with proven experience in embedded systems and ATC radio equipment . This role combines hardware & software architecture , embedded Linux/RTOS development , and systems engineering to deliver next-generation air traffic control (ATC) radio devices .

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end hardware and software architecture for ATC radio systems
• Define technical requirements for embedded software, hardware, and interfaces
• Coordinate internal and external development partners
• Develop technical concepts, specifications, and product features
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications , or similar
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems , RTOS , and Embedded Linux
• Knowledge of software-defined radios or radio communication systems is a plus
• Strong experience in partner collaboration and technical coordination
• Structured, independent working style with excellent communication
• German (Business Fluent) | English (Basic)
