You will lead quality activities within digital programmes and projects. The focus lies on compliance, customer requirements and continuous improvement across the full project lifecycle.

Your tasks
– Leading and coaching a quality team within programmes, projects or services
– Ensuring all quality disciplines deliver consistent results in line with requirements and plans
– Monitoring budgets and workload forecasts related to quality activities
– Acting as guardian of compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
– Managing end-to-end conformity and certification processes
– Creating and maintaining quality plans and supporting risk and opportunity management

Your profile
– Master’s degree in engineering or comparable qualification
– Professional experience in project management and quality management
– Strong understanding of compliance, certification and regulatory frameworks
– Team-oriented and dynamic working style
– Structured and proactive mindset
– English business fluent, German is a plus
