For our internal incubator we are currently looking for an Early-stage Innovation Lead (m/f/d) .
Early-stage Innovation Lead (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate the early-stage innovation activities within TDK’s internal incubator
- Identify attractive new business fields for TDK in collaboration with relevant TDK partners
- Develop concrete business ideas within those business fields by idea competitions, hackathons, innovation platforms, exploration, etc.
- Manage the innovation funnel of TDK’s internal incubator
- Support the building and staffing of relevant innovation teams
- Lead and inspire the innovation teams, and coach them in agile methods, design thinking and lean startup methodology
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, relevant for early-stage innovation
- Support the establishment and tracking of relevant metrics and budget
Your qualification
- University Degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, Marketing, or similar; Master's Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Several years of leadership experience in R&D, Product Marketing, Innovation Projects, or Corporate Incubation Programs
- Experienced in lean startup methodology and (rapid) digital prototyping
- Strong communication skills, and an open and collaborative mindset
- Embracing change and transformation
- Certification in Innovation Management or as Agile/Scrum Coach is a plus
- Previous experience within startups or internal startup programs is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (+ Japanese is a plus)
