About the Role: This role plays a key part in shaping the creator ecosystem for TikTok LIVE in the DACH region. You will be responsible for discovering and recruiting talented live streamers, supporting their professional growth, and helping them achieve sustainable income through engaging and high-quality content. Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis of the TikTok LIVE ecosystem to enhance existing SOPs for creator recruitment, onboarding, and growth. Define clear timelines, goals, and KPIs (e.g., number of creators recruited, expected revenue growth, market share expansion). - Recruit and onboard creators to TikTok LIVE, providing both 1:1 and group training sessions to help them improve content quality, live performance, and monetization results within the entertainment vertical. - Offer strategic guidance to creators on developing sustainable livestream careers, helping them transition from casual streaming to professional growth paths. - Analyse creator performance data to identify growth opportunities, generate insights, and iterate operational strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with other EU regional teams and campaign stakeholders to design and execute targeted creator campaigns, driving consistent livestreaming activity and engagement. - Develop creative initiatives and events to increase creators’ streaming frequency, motivate engagement, and enhance audience participation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - At least 4 years of experience in Talent, Influencer, or Creator Management, preferably within a content or livestreaming platform, with a focus on creator acquisition and growth. - Strong ambition and results orientation, with solid analytical skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - High written and oral fluency in German and high-medium written and oral fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated project and process management abilities; able to interpret data effectively to support decision-making. - Solid understanding of the livestream ecosystem, creator economy, and audience engagement strategies. - Professional, patient, and empathetic communicator who can build trust and long-term relationships with creators.
