As Executive Assistant, you will work directly with our founder, Philipp Göllner.
You will be involved in strategic decisions and support the further development of our consulting and DevOps services. XALT is a growing consulting firm specializing in DevOps, Atlassian solutions,
and digital transformation.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of consulting strategies in the areas of DevOps and digital transformation.
• Daily training in AI and support in managing the AI ​​strategy.
• Support in the planning and execution of customer projects
• Preparation of presentations and decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination between different teams
• Insight into and collaboration on all topics that arise as a founder.
• Accompaniment for trips and appointments

qualification

• Studies in the field of economics, computer science or a related field, or comparable experience
• Initial experience in consulting or project management, ideally with a focus on DevOps
• Interest in agile methods and digital transformation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills
