• Oversee daily facility operations, proactively addressing technical and soft service needs for sites in Munich and Berlin.
• Ensure all maintenance is completed according to the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, promptly resolving ad-hoc repairs.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to Places site services, ensuring excellent employee and visitor support.
• Handle Landlords' and Vendors' requests, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal business units and external service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and effective collaboration.
• Support business-related events and assist Facility Managers with unplanned requests and projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain operational compliance by managing Places tools, procedures, records, and policies, including documentation, reporting, and invoice processing.
• Conduct Facilities contract reviews to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
• Identify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Work independently and thoroughly, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering high-quality results.
• Perform other functional duties as directed and required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.

• Experience in managing corporate facilities in the German market.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within a facility environment.
• Experience managing and coordinating external technical resources (e.g., contractors, vendors).
• Experience leading small-scale construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
• Understanding of real estate and facility administration principles, including budgeting, contract management, and space planning.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in iOS/MacOS environment and MS Office suite.
