You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Employee Support & Communication – Handle inquiries, manage ticketing, and maintain internal channels.
- Administration & Budget – Oversee documentation, purchase orders, and cost management.
- Facilities & Maintenance – Coordinate upkeep, landlord communication, and FM projects.
- Health & Safety – Ensure compliance through documentation, training, and audits.
- Vendor & Security Management – Manage service providers, catering, access control, and security systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- High school diploma plus 2 years of additional education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Ability to handle problems calmly and professionally
- Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in workplace services or hospitality (facility management, event management, hotel environment, etc.
- Familiarity with project management
- General understanding of current technologies used on campus and willingness to learn future technologies
- Affinity for space and design
- Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively across teams
