Forward-Deployed Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments
- Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed
- Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows
- Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities
- Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide design and implementation towards impactful outcomes
Essential Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
- Strong C# skills
- Experience with desktop/UI frameworks (WPF, Avalonia)
- Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
- Willingness to travel at least 60%
- Excellent English communication skills
Beneficial Skills
- Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, Open GL, PLCs, or Modbus
- C++ experience
