FP&A Manager / Controller (all genders)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:
Country Business Controller:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Take the responsibility on Sales & Cost Controlling for individual countries
- Create Ad-hoc analysis to the senior management
Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in developing forecasts and targets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives
- Collaborate with different departments to develop strategies and action plans to achieve targets
- Track the budget within the monthly reporting
Process Optimization:
- Identification of inefficiencies and bottlenecks in all FP&A process and solution proposal for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices
BI Tools and Data Warehouse:
- Technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the BI-Team
- Support of the BI team in creating dashboards for cost center owners, country managers and the senior management
- Support of new SAP process integration/adaptation in SAP (production orders, SD conditions)
- Maintenance and check of technical concepts within SAP COPA
Your story so far:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in controller/finance/FP&A
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Experienced in SAP and BI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
Fluent English skills
