Aufgaben

We are looking for a CRM Functional Analyst to strengthen our international team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform by aligning business needs with IT capabilities.

Act as the key interface between business users, Rollout Managers, and IT throughout CRM development cycle.

Refine and prioritize requirements for new features and improvements.

Coorde development activities to ensure deliverables meet functional and business needs.

Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting the successful adoption of new platform features.

Continuously monitor Dynamics 365 updates and evaluate their business impact.

Create clear documentation and delivering targeted training to support international rollout teams.

Identify and promote opportunities for improvements in CRM usage, governance, and user workflows.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in CRM operations or governance.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is essential.

Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies; SCRUM Master certification is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international, cross-cultural environment.
