Your day-to-day responsibilities
Within the Global Benefits department, we are looking for a Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. You will set up, monitor and coordinate client engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and monitoring global brokerage mandates
- Following up and coordinating the renewal of health and risk (life & disability) policies across all countries where our clients operate
- Proactively analysing key changes and impacts for the client related to renewals or regulatory developments, and presenting them to the client’s central team
- Negotiating and coordinating renewal conditions with international reinsurance networks in the framework of global solutions such as pooling
- Monitoring and coordinating renewals managed by Aon Captive teams
- Helping to prepare client meetings in which you will participate to present renewals and update clients on the projects for which you are responsible
- Contributing to the preparation of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Updating client information for your portfolio in our internal databases
- Supporting the GB consultant in the strategic approach based on the finding of the analytics from the RfPs / renewals
Your profile
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics
- A minimum of two years’ experience within the insurance industry, ideally the employee benefits brokerage/insurance market and/or experience in consulting is a preference
- Solid performer
- Teamplayer and stable factor within the team
- (Self-)Reflection and learning attitude
- Structured and organized
- Analytical and pro-active
- Excellent in Excel
- Strong Language skills at least in English and in German
