About the role
For our Global Marketing & Innovation unit we are looking for a Global Brand Innovation Manager in in the area Consumer Tissue Hankies, Facials and Moist.
This is a Fixed-term position (20 months) based in Aschheim, Munich.
What You Will Do
Contribute to the global innovation strategy, driving value creation through innovations in the Hankies & Facials category.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and gaps to enhance the innovation pipeline, aligned with consumer segmentation and brand architecture.
Transform strong consumer and shopper insights into successful innovation concepts, claims and designs.
Collaborate in a marketing and technical partnership to lead prioritized concepts from ideation to launch, executed by regional and local teams.
Partner closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure innovation roadmaps meet consumer and business needs, thereby supporting Business Units' sales and profit growth.
Who You Are
Experienced in brand or product management across different geographies in global FMCG environment.
Strong Marketing mix skills (including leading and successfully launched innovation or communication projects).
Proven ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams and various stakeholders combined with entrepreneurial mindset
Strong project leadership, communication and collaboration skills .
Comprehensive understanding of business operations and P&L management.
Fluent in English (German, Spanish or French is a plus).
