For our department Global Data Excellence we are looking for an Global Data Excellence Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the orchestration of the Data Excellence framework in the company.
- Drives the G+D data strategy and implementation of our data excellence roadmap
- Moderation of the communication between players in the data excellence process
- Responsible for the Data Excellence zones and all other governance rules and standards.
- Ownership of the data catalogue and the data quality tool
- Responsibility for the communication with the different stakeholders.
- Comprehensive overview and publication of the measures for Data Excellence work (e.g. data quality, metadata management)
- Responsibility for Cross-Domain Excellence Board
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Several years of professional experience in data governance and data management, business intelligence or related fields
- Experience with data platforms and tools such as MS Fabrics, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, etc.
- Understanding of IT architectures and interface management
- Ability to strategically plan and implement transformation projects
- Strong experiences with data catalogues (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Atlan)
- Change management skills and stakeholder communication
- Experience in project management (traditional and agile)
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Results orientation and a passion for innovation
- Ability to foster a data-driven culture within the company
- Very good German and English skills
