YOUR TASKS

• You work actively and solution-oriented in an agile and interdisciplinary team to design, develop and implement innovative AI solutions in the field of agentic AI and chatbots
• You are responsible for the implementation and operationalization of AI products on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and transfer them into stable production operation
• You ensure the smooth operation of our systems and proactively take care of quality, scalability, performance, and security
• You design and establish best practices in the field of AIOps for generative AI, evaluate new technologies, and drive their integration to continuously modernize and expand our AI infrastructure
• You work closely with data scientists, business stakeholders, and tech teams in an agile, interdisciplinary team to solve complex challenges and accompany innovative AI products from idea to rollout

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience in the development in the development and operationalization of data and AI products, ideally with a strong background in software engineering
• Excellent, proven knowledge of Python is a given for you, and you also have practical experience with relevant frameworks for agentic AI and chatbots, such as LangChain/LangGraph or comparable frameworks
• You have extensive hands-on experience with GCP services—especially Vertex AI—and are confident in using Terraform
• You own a deep understanding and practical experience in managing the entire lifecycle of AI models (development, deployment, monitoring, optimization) using modern AIOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• A basic understanding of data engineering concepts and the processing of large amounts of data is desirable
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and ideally German language skills round off your profile
