Responsibilities
This role is part of our Early Career Batch Day. If you're graduating between 2024 and 2025, have less than 3 years of full-time work experience (excluding internships), and are passionate about digital content and creators, we want to meet you. We're looking for a LIVE Campaigns & Content Manager to join our TikTok LIVE team in Munich. You'll play a critical role in designing, preparing & executing platform campaigns and content initiatives for the DACH region, and contribute to both strategy and execution. You will work with a wide array of internal stakeholders as well as external partners and of course our creators, to bring exciting campaigns and diverse content to our platform. Eligibility: - Graduating between 2024 and 2025 - Under 3 years of full-time work experience (internships excluded) - Passionate about digital content, live stream, creators, and community-driven platforms Join us for a full-day virtual selection event filled with interviews, networking, and insight into TikTok's LIVE team. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic in-app campaigns and content initiatives for TikTok LIVE in the DACH market. - Design, prepare, and execute revenue-focused campaigns tailored to the DACH market. - Develop and maintain an overview of the evolving content landscape on TikTok LIVE in DACH. - Bring new quality and diverse content to LIVE on a continuous basis. - Source outbounds/manage inbounds of relevant creators/partners, e.g. artists, institutions, events, programmed content, etc. - Support initial LIVE setup and educate creators/partners on LIVE best practices. - Manage relationships with creators/partners. - Amplify reach of content. - Provide creative input and executional support for campaign and content initiatives. - Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree in a STEM subject graduating between 2024 and 2025, - Strong interest in LIVE streaming, the creator economy, and/or community-led platforms - Demonstrated experience or passion as a content creator, streamer, or community builder - Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and derive insights - Proactive, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Excellent communication and project coordination skills - Fluent in German and English Preferred Qualifications: - Internship experience in big tech, media, digital entertainment, or startups - Prior exposure to creator management, content platforms, or agency ecosystems - Existing network or familiarity with local creators and agencies is a plus
