YOUR TASKS

  • You will take over the operational support of our PAYBACK partners, which includes the internal and external handling of all campaigns of the PAYBACK partner companies: You are responsible for obtaining the campaign content and transferring it into the booking system.
  • For this, you coordinate daily with the internal interfaces as well as the PAYBACK partner.
  • You support the sales department in taking care of the PAYBACK partner companies: Your active participation is required in the operational implementation of partner-specific campaigns and topics.
  • You are the leading link between PAYBACK partner companies, sales, and all internal interfaces and have a high level of communication skills.
  • You are the first point of contact for technical issues within the team.
  • You are responsible for preparing internal meetings as well as external partner appointments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in order processing, sales support, back office, or a comparable service-oriented role.
  • You are well-organized, structured, and can keep an overview even in hectic situations.
  • You bring a healthy pragmatism and proactivity, but also think outside the box.
  • You are service- and solution-oriented, like to work accurately, and at the same time have an eye for the big picture.
  • You find it easy to work with a variety of tools.
  • You have fluent German and good English skills, as you are in constant exchange with our analytics colleagues.
