About the Role
We are looking for an Indirect Buyer (d/f/m) to join our Indirect Procurement Operations Europe team as soon as possible. In this full‑time role, you will be based in either Munich or Mannheim and support our procurement activities across Europe.
What you will do
Manage indirect procurement across multiple categories and sites
Lead supplier negotiations and oversee full contract lifecycle, including compliance and risk management
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and Source-to-Pay processes
Support operational purchasing teams and share best practices
Partner with internal stakeholders on supplier selection, onboarding and strategic alignment
Identify cost-saving opportunities, consolidate volumes and optimize procurement channels and methods
Drive continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes and supplier data quality
Who you are

You hold a degree with a specialization in procurement
You have proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk assessment
Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba and Sievo is a plus
You are familiar with Source‑to‑Pay workflows
You communicate effectively and collaborate well with various stakeholders, both locally and internationally
You have strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of indirect procurement, with a focus on compliance, cost control, and value creation
You are fluent in German and English; proficiency in another European language is an asset
