As Inhouse Specialist SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d), you will play a central role in shaping the digital HR landscape

• System Management: Support and further develop SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially in the areas of Recruiting, Core HR, Performance and Learning

• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize HR processes in collaboration with global HR teams and IT

• Change & Support: Provide 2nd-level support, manage release updates, and ensure smooth operation of SF modules

• Project Involvement: Collaborate on internal projects for module rollouts, enhancements, and international integration

• Documentation & Training: Create user documentation, deliver trainings and support knowledge transfer

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as interface between HR, IT and external consultants

• Process Know-how: Understanding of HR business processes and best practices in digital HR

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
