The role

The day-to-day

• Collaborate proactively with our product and engineering teams to find and capture innovation s

• P repare and review invention disclosure reports, including the drafting of claims, and to ensure alignment with our IP strategy

• Lead engagement with external patent law firms

• Prepare reports on the business value of our IP portfolio to internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding our patent filings and the overall management of our IP portfolio

• Analyze the patent landscape to inform R&D strategy and identify potential risks

• Innovate and apply cutting-edge technology to the IP management and reporting system itself , to improve efficiency and impact

You should apply if you

• Can d emonstrate the ability to quickly understand hard technical problems. This could be through professional experience or a degree in Engineering, Computer Science and related technical field s

• Can demonstrate working knowledge of IP law and procedures

• Possess s trong analytical and technical writing skills

• Have e xcellent communication and collaboration skills

• Are b usiness fluent in English and preferably German, other languages like Spanish/Catalan or French are a plus

• Have a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learni ng
