Tasks

As a Legal Compliance Manager, you’ll become a key part of our interdisciplinary team – working hands-on with our clients to meet evolving regulatory obligations.

Your main tasks:

• Regulatory Monitoring & Legal Assessment
  Track and evaluate updates across relevant frameworks (e.g. WpIG, KAGB, MaRisk, GwG, DORA, AMLA)
• Risk Assessments
  Conduct and enhance internal risk analyses
• Implementation Concepts & Advisory
  Develop actionable compliance concepts and support implementation
• Client Interaction & Authority Coordination
  Support audits, reporting processes, and supervisory communications

• Banks and financial institutions
• Capital management companies & investment firms
• FinTechs, crypto service providers and payment institutions
• ESG-driven and regulated non-financial corporates

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory risk or legal advisory
• Ideally a background with a Big Four firm, legal consultancy, or regulated financial institution
• Solid knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks
• Independent working style, a collaborative mindset and a passion for digital solutions
