• You will support business travel processes which may include employee support, communication, data analytics and travel policy updates
• You will support the employee mobility topics such as company cars, mobility budget and bike leasing
• You will assist at the InfoPoint welcoming and supporting of employees, customers, visitors and service providers  
• You will assist our facility management for example in employee ID card creation process  
• You will support overall in HR Business related topics, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention & Wellbeing

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of Business and Economics, HR Management, Tourism Management or similar
• You are a Team player with high communication skills
• You have advanced MS office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
• You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
