WHO YOU ARE

• Student of business studies, economics, marketing or a similar field
• Team player mentality, reliable, independent and detail-oriented
• Very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, innovative, curious and passionate learner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and management skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of MS Office is a plus

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with several teams (CRM, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.)
• Prepare, track and dispatch of E-Mail Marketing campaigns in several languages
• Assist in the creation of statistics, reports and monitoring of the main E-Mail Marketing KPIs
• Help optimize the newsletters and the event-driven mailings
• Take part in the planning and implementing of new mailing formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects
• Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers
• Familiarized with the company’s current and potential customers
• Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, transactional mails, triggered e-mails)
