WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with several teams (CRM, MI, BI, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.)
• Assist in the creation of statistics, reports and monitoring of the main E-Mail Marketing KPIs
• Take part in the planning and implementing of new reporting formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects
• Analyze A/B test results and summarize key findings to support data-driven decision making
• Familiarized with the company’s current and potential customers
• Support the automation and scaling of recurring reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI

WHO YOU ARE

• Student of business studies, economics, marketing or a similar field
• Team player mentality, reliable, independent and detail-oriented
• Very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
• Good communication skills
• Proactive attitude, innovative, curious and passionate learner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Good organizational and management skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of MS Office and E-Mail Marketing tools are a plus
