Your Role
As a Business Development intern for FINN Stations, you will play a key part in building up our first-ever physical FINN Station - the place where our customers will be able to pick up & return their FINN cars in the future. This highly entrepreneurial role, allows you to work hands-on in the daily operations while having the opportunity to shape processes on the ground & develop a vision for the long-term customer experience.
Work closely with our leadership team, drive cross-functional impact and help create an exciting & scalable customer journey in one of FINN’s most exciting concepts! -> immediate start preferred

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations at the FINN station: From setting up a delightful FINN Station that makes every visit special to ensuring smooth and professional handovers to creating process documentation and KPI dashboards: At FINN you will get full responsibility from day one and have a critical impact on how we shape the future of our company.
- Shape the Customer Experience: You will play a key part in defining and setting up the customer journey. After launch, you establish a constant feedback loop based on your learnings, quickly iterating towards the best possible version.
- Work with external partners: To let our vision come to life, you will continuously support in establishing scalable partnerships and negotiating the best possible outcomes.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing or already have a degree in business administration, economics or a related field.
- You have a natural customer-centric mindset and genuinely enjoy creating a delightful experience for our customers. Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with a strong drive for impact and a high eagerness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with innovative and creative approaches to overcome every challenge that’s in our way.
- Availability of 6 months (or longer) for the internship.
- You communicate clearly and openly, in both German (fluent) and English (proficiency).
