The position is to be filled from February 2026.
YOUR TASKS
- You prepare the monthly campaign reports independently, so that newsletter optimization potential and product developments can be identified
- You independently exchange the advertising space in the newsletters in our CMS system and coordinate with the interfaces
- You support us in the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings, such as welcome and birthday communications
- You accompany complex campaigns from briefing to playout
- You work on the preparation of analysis results in presentations
- You take on your own (sub-)projects, e.g. integration concept for "Refer a Friend" product
YOUR PROFILE
- You are studying economics or communication sciences, business informatics or something comparable
- You are interested in evaluating and further developing PAYBACK measures with the end customer in mind
- You have a high level of enthusiasm for CRM and ideally some experience in email marketing and CRM
- You are characterised by a good understanding of numbers and analytical strength
- You are a team player (m/f) looking for fun at work
- You have a high level of initiative, creativity and independence
- You are familiar with MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- You have very good German language skills (C1 level)
