We are looking for you to support our Rise Europe initiative. Rise Europe is a network of top startup ecosystem builders from 14 European countries, united by a bold ambition: to make Europe the best place to launch and grow startups. By connecting exceptional innovators and leaders from 20 leading entrepreneurship hubs, Rise Europe drives collaboration and supports the creation and scaling of startups across Europe.

Deine Aufgaben

As part of the Rise Europe team, you will:

• Analyze key barriers and gaps in the current European startup ecosystem and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Conduct research on startup exits (IPOs, mergers), mobilizing private capital, and public procurement to support drafting a position paper and increase Rise Europe’s visibility
• Identify meaningful evaluation metrics (KPIs) to assess the performance and impact of startup hubs
• Contribute to the development of Playbooks on Sciencepreneurship, Venture Building and Co-Founder Matching and support knowledge sharing
• Assist in the preparation of funding applications to secure resources that support the activities of Rise Europe
• Support the planning and logistics of key Rise Europe events such as the Summit, Startup Day, and roundtables in Munich, Brussels, and Lisbon
• Coordinate and host international delegations from startup hubs, universities, corporates, and investors
• Assist in drafting and implementing our communication activities and improving our visibility

Dein Profil

• Completed bachelor’s degree (or in the final two semesters) or at the beginning of a master’s program, preferably in the fields of Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Economic
• Ideally, you have initial experience from internships, ideally in the start-up environment or consulting
• Experience or strong interest in European Startup Ecosystem, Strategy and Venture Capital
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a structured working style
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace)
• Passion for entrepreneurship and helping European founders grow and connect
