Aufgaben

As Junior Account Manager you will:

• get things done, whatever this may be. From doing research on specific topics, scheduling meetings to writing project briefs, maintaining all kinds of projects list, handling travel bookings, calculate budgets of smaller projects to helping out on project execution – even if you have never done it, you are up for the challenge and want to learn how to run projects successfully
• observe what’s hot and what’s not out there in the social (and real) universe
• support the team in planning, organizing and delivering events/ projects from A to Z and other (fun) shenanigans
• present findings or project plans
• engage with clients and other agency partners
• you should live our agency culture

Qualifikation

What we’d like you to bring:

• you have a bachelor’s degree in marketing of communication or one year of experience working in an event agency, a marketing agency or dynamic client environment
• you are very familiar with Microsoft 365 Office tools and/or other operative/creative tools like Miro, Notion, etc.
• you share a passion for project delivery and processes (aren’t we all a bit nerdy and love to get things done?)
• you have a Can-Do attitude and be able to juggle several tasks at once
• you always be curious and eager to learn new stuff
• very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
