You will be responsible for servicing our portfolio of Danish clients – from day one.

• Daily communication with business owners to ensure they have all the necessary information to complete their applications, via phone and email
• Explain the financing offers we provide and answer customers’ questions throughout the process
• Work with a wide range of enterprise technology platforms as well as YouLend’s own proprietary solutions for processing applications.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset and customer focus
• Excellent communication skills – with the ability to communicate both via phone and email
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented – you are able to drive projects forward and remove obstacles
• Strong communication skills (fluent Danish and English)
• Have a good eye for detail and are comfortable working with numbers and data
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools (advanced skills are a plus, but not a requirement)
• Motivated to work towards goals and learn to exceed them
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work structured with daily deadlines
• A team player who wants to collaborate across teams and learn from more experienced colleagues
