JOIN OUR TEAM
As (Junior) Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in further developing the Westwing Delivery Service, one of Westwing’s strategic service lines. You will join a dynamic environment and be responsible for expanding our service across Germany and Europe to deliver the best experience in the industry to our customers. This position is permanent and based in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- drive the growth of one of Westwing’s strategic service line to create the state of the art delivery experience in the home & living industry
- shape and co-own the roll-out strategy for Westwing Delivery Service across Germany and Europe
- identify, launch, and scale new delivery hubs, including partner scouting, contract negotiation and seamless onboarding
- take full responsibility for hub performance, including budget planning, partner relationship management, and daily operational oversight
- report insights and results to senior management, contributing directly to high-impact strategic decisions
- collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, operations, customer service, and tech teams to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence
YOU COME WITH
- 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g. consulting, start-up, e-commerce, logistics)
- a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive, ownership, and adaptability
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures
- willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe
- fluency in German and English; proficiency in French, Polish, or Dutch is a plus
